In his role as Ghana Executive Director, Mr. Duho will lead the overall operations and administrative responsibilities of WomensTrust at its headquarters in Pokuase, Ghana. Mr. Duho will also collaborate closely with both the U.S. and Ghana Boards on the organization’s strategic direction and day-to-day management of WomensTrust programs and staff.
Born and raised in the Greater Accra region of Ghana, Mr. Duho later attended college and graduate school in the U.S. He holds a master’s degree in accounting from the University of Illinois-Springfield and an MBA from Southern Illinois University. He completed his undergraduate studies in business administration and economics at Principia College.
Prior to joining WomensTrust, Mr. Duho worked with the Illinois Department of Corrections in the U.S., overseeing expenditures on Placement Resource Units for both the Illinois Department of Corrections and the Illinois Department of Juvenile Justice, among others.
Also, he was a guest facilitator for CAS, LLC, a labor/HR Consulting and ADR advising firm in Ghana. Mr. Duho is currently an Adjunct Lecturer at Dominion University College, a private tertiary institution dedicated to training ethical leaders for global influence.
